With an educational background in both business (B.Comm) and law (LLB), Timothy brings a wealth of development management knowledge and skill to the team. His land development experiences include over 12 years working in brownfield redevelopment in order to remediate some of Ontario’s most contaminated properties for residential and commercial purposes. Timothy has been innovative in his approach to leveraging municipal incentive agreements to demonstrate Public Private Partnerships. This strategy, combined with his commitment to remediation and land development, was utilized in support of receiving the first-ever Federation of Canadian Municipalities capital loan, $17.5M, to a private corporation.
Timothy specializes in high-level project coordination, environmental remediation, the development approval process, and financial and contractual management.

Andrew completed his Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree at McMaster University and later obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. His past work experience for public accounting firms, BDO and DJB, have created a strong base for financial responsibility and accountability. Andrew’s financial background led to his role as Director of Finance for a heavy civil general contractor, broadening his experience in the construction industry and opening the door to land development. His interest in real estate started with renovations on his own investment properties and managing the trades when he was not doing the work himself. Transitioning his experience in finance and construction, Andrew was able to draw from his entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and his unwavering passion for real estate development to help grow and brand LANDx.
Andrew excels in team management, options analysis, land acquisition, project feasibility, budgets, and maximizing cash flow through strategic funding and leverage.

Working in community planning for over 40 years in communities across Canada as a development planner and municipal executive, Stephen has facilitated the approval of a broad range of residential, industrial, commercial and institutional developments. Stephen’s wealth of experience enables him to work with municipal staff’s and council’s to achieve development approvals.
With his strong background in community planning and philosophy of collaboration, Stephen is able to find planning solutions to issues when barriers to development seem to continue to appear. His experience in community based strategic planning methods that build on stakeholder participation leads to effective action and success on land development projects. Stephen is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP) and Ontario Professional Planners Institute (RPP).
