The remediation process was completed earlier in 2018. Currently, the project’s Risk Assessment and Record of Site Condition are being finalized. Internal roadway construction and servicing is also underway. The plan for the project is a mixed-use development consisting of both residential and retail space.
The former landfill site had plenty of potential.
